WEEK THREE SUMMARY- CLICK CLICK DON’T SHOOT
This week, I did things a bit out of order. I did start out with organizing my blog, which was pretty easy. All I really had to do was work with the parent and sub categories on my menu, rearrange them into a better format, and tag my existing posts. I then did a slew of visual assignments for a total of ten stars. I entered Delia’s bag and mind, had a swift change of emotion, and came up with a hot new band. I read up on taking photos, did a noir safari, and analyzed some cinematography.
This week has been pretty hectic for me. I’m glad I was able to do everything on time, and I feel that I did it all fairly well. I definitely noticed a lot of the noir photography and image tropes in the movies this week, particularly in the venetian blind effect. Everything is shadow. So intense. I tried to explore Delia’s voice a bit, and I found many videos going into the various dialects and idioms of different regions of Louisiana. Hopefully I can hone in on her more in the coming weeks. Next week is audio, after all, and that’s what she’s about.
